As disciples of the Lord Jesus, we need to live transparent lives. This means that we should not hide anything from God or people, and we should not have any hidden bad habits.
Many times, we show people and God that we do not have any bad habits, but we do not give up the bad habit. We show God that we have become righteous, but we still do not give up the path of unrighteousness. God hates this because He wants us to live a transparent life.
Many times we commit sins, but we should not hide them from God. Just as King David confessed his sins to God and asked for forgiveness, we should also confess our sins to God in order to be forgiven.
Why should we live a transparent life? Because we reveal the living God through our daily lives. Those who do not know God can recognize Him through our behavior or daily activities. So if we live a transparent life, it will be a negative lesson to the people of the world.
God is holy, so He wants us to be holy. So we will abandon all sinful deeds and live a completely holy life. If we live a transparent life, no one will see any evil in us. By this, we can show the people around us that the God we follow is holy and He will be pleased with us and bless us through our deeds.
Let us try to give up the carnal mindset and glorify our God by living a transparent life. Let us look at the Bible scriptures below that talk about clean living.
