Today we will discuss in detail the acceptance of death in the light of God’s Word. When we talk about death, we are afraid, but if we look closely at God’s Word, death will show us the way to peace and eternal life.
Death is an important part of our lives, which we can never avoid. When a loved one dies, we feel disappointed. But if we know the completeness of death, we will be happy when our loved ones die.
Jesus said that whoever believes in him will never see death. But how is this possible? Let’s see this. Jesus meant that if we believe in him in this earthly life, we will be counted righteous and will live with him forever in the kingdom of heaven after death.
Jesus died and rose again on the third day, proving that there is life after death. Therefore, if we believe in Jesus in this world, we will live forever with God in the kingdom of heaven after death.
We know that our life on this earth is temporary and our real home is in heaven. This perspective will help us to see death not as a loss but as a profit. From the story of Lazarus, we see that Jesus raised him from the dead. From here we see that the Lord Jesus has the power to work even over death.
God is with us every moment, even in the most difficult times of life. As believers, our main task is to live a holy life by completely relying on our Lord Jesus. We will not fear death because our God has already proven that He is victorious over death by conquering death.
Let us never be afraid to accept death because we know that death is the gateway to eternal life. When we know this truth, let us live in a way that pleases God and let the people of the world know that we have life after death.
