Our lives are not always joyful. At certain times come when we get tired. This event almost happens in each of our lives, which makes us anxious. There are many stories in the Bible where people were tired and God blessed them again.
If we look at the story of Job, we will see that he got tired of his journey through life. He asked God many questions about that difficult situation in his life. In another incident, we see that the prophet Elijah, even after his victory in life, was so tired that he prayed to the Lord to end his life. From these incidents, we can learn that fatigue comes in every person’s life, and it is a part of life.
When we get tired, we should return to God. Jesus told us If you are tired and burdened, come to me and I will give you rest. Jesus wants to give us not physical rest but spiritual rest. If we cast all our burdens on God, we will feel that God truly cares for us.
Saint Paul wrote in his letters that as believers, we must finish the race that we have entered. Only then will we receive the reward from the Lord. No matter how tired we may be in life, we must remember that God’s grace is sufficient for us.
When we are tired of life, we will ask fellow believers to pray together. Through this powerful prayer, we will surely receive comfort and God’s grace. We will also depend on God because all His plans for our lives are for good.
