Many times in our lives, we encounter situations where people treat us badly. In these situations, it becomes difficult to treat those people with love and kindness. Today, we will see what God’s Word tells us when we encounter such situations. The Bible tells us to treat everyone with love and kindness. That is why we should follow the path shown by God, even if it seems a little difficult to us.
When Jesus was suffering death on the cross, he forgave his enemies and taught us to love our enemies, too. He also taught us to pray for those who treat us badly. When someone treats us well, we treat them well, and that is normal. But when someone treats us badly and we treat them well in return, it is not easy. But we should forgive those people and treat them well.
We can learn a lot about this from an incident in the Bible where we see Joseph’s brothers forgiving his brothers even though they had treated him badly. He did not take revenge on his brothers but said it was God’s plan, and he loved his brothers. We must learn from this story to forgive others even if others treat us badly.
God’s Word says that we should never give up in doing good. God sees all our works, and He will reward us in due time. So if someone treats us badly, we should not treat them the same way. Since they do not know the true God, let them treat them badly, but we should treat them well.
Now, let us look at the following Bible verses that talk about being kind to the bad.
