Today, we will discuss a central theme of the Bible, which is that salvation is only found through Christ. The hope of all Christians is salvation, which is only found through Jesus. To us, salvation is the most precious gift God has given us.
Sin is what separates us from God. Sin creates a separation between us and God. In the Old Testament, we see the people of Israel atone for their sins by keeping the Mosaic Law. But God planned to make a way for all mankind to be saved from sin. And that way is the Lord Jesus Christ.
God loves us and made a way for us to be reconciled to Him. He sent Jesus Christ as the final sacrifice for our sins. Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and on the third day He conquered death, proving that we too will rise from death. Therefore, we can say that through Jesus’ death, we have received the gift of salvation.
We cannot be saved by doing good works alone. To be saved, we must come to Jesus, repent, and be born again. In short, we can say that none of us can be saved except through Jesus Christ.
When Jesus was crucified, there was a thief who believed in Jesus and was saved. On the other hand, the thief who mocked Jesus and did not believe in him was not saved.
The Lord Jesus brought salvation to us through his life. So let us never neglect this matter. If we neglect the significance of salvation now, God will neglect us on the day of judgment. Therefore, we have no hesitation in saying that salvation is only in Jesus.
Let us look at the following Bible verses where salvation is discussed only through Christ.
