Today we will discuss the things that are important to heal our mind. Our mind is a battlefield where we fight with thoughts, emotions and various difficult situations. Satan always tries to attack our mind and subjugate us to him.
What we need to heal our mind is peace and to get out of negative thinking. We can heal our mind by renewing our thinking. The Word of God teaches us to think about things that are true, noble, right, pure, beautiful and praiseworthy. Through these, we can heal our mind.
Also, what we need most for mental healing is prayer through which we find peace. If we look at the story of King David, we will see that when he was mentally broken, he opened his heart to God. And through this, He healed his mind.
Thus, when we are mentally broken or go through difficult times in our life, we will heal our mind by surrendering ourselves completely to God.
