We will discuss why God wants to have a deep relationship with us. From the beginning of creation, we see that God loves us and has expressed his desire to be close to us. He created humans in His image, not any other living thing, so that He could have fellowship with them.
At the beginning of creation, we see God spending time with Adam and Eve. But He withdrew from humans when sin entered the world. Yet He prepared a way for us to be close to Him when Jesus came to earth and made that way through death.
God the Father revealed Himself to the world in Jesus and became close to us. Now we have the opportunity to have fellowship with God the Father through faith in Jesus.
God has given us the Holy Word to establish a relationship with us. When we read and study the Word, we talk to God. We also connect with God through prayer.
God wants to be with us, and He wants to enter into our personal lives. Therefore, we should walk with God in every area of our lives and trust in His guidance. When we do these things, God is pleased with us and He blesses us.
