God’s love and care for us are infinite. That’s why we can trust him. The Lord can protect us from sickness. In the Bible, we find many examples of how God healed his people. These examples help us place our faith in God and assure us that he is always with us. Like a shepherd who cares for his flock, God protects us from evil, including sickness. This protection is for all who trust in God and wait for the Lord’s healing. Whenever we face sickness or fear it, we should turn to God with the courage to know that He is our healer.
The incidents of the Israelites during their journey to the Promised Land remind us to trust in God. We can experience how the Lord provided for their needs and protected them from illness. During Jesus’ earthly ministry, we find that he also healed many people. This shows how much God loves us and cares for our health.
To be healed from sickness, we need to spend time in prayer. Prayer is the key to reaching our heavenly Father. We need to express our pain and our problems to God in prayer. Since the Lord loves to hear our prayers, we must speak to Him through prayer. To receive healing from the Lord, we need to trust in His promises. He is powerful and almighty to give us a healthy body, so our faith is essential for our recovery. Dear friends, let’s now look at the following Bible passages that speak of how God protects us from illness.
